Primary Season Reporting is Underway!

March 12, 2012

Some Congressional and Senatorial campaigns, and quarterly-filing PACs and party committees that support or oppose them, have pre-primary or pre-convention reports due this month. Visit https://transition.fec.gov/info/charts_primary_dates_2012.shtml for a complete list of all pre-election reporting dates. As always, monthly filers do not need to worry about pre-primary reporting. If you are a quarterly filing PAC or party committee and wish to switch to monthly filing to avoid filing multiple pre-primary reports, attach a letter (paper filers) or a Form 99 (electronic filers) to your next report indicating that you will now be filing reports on the other schedule.
