Internet Rulemaking Comments due this Monday, November 14

The FEC published an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking seeking comments on whether and how the Commission should revise its rules at 11 CFR 110.11 regarding disclaimer requirements for certain Internet communications. Commenters are encouraged to submit comments electronically via the Commission’s website at http://www.fec.gov/fosers to ensure timely receipt and consideration.
