DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 7797: 1. Find no reason to believe that SMP and Rebecca Lambe in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(a)(1)(A) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.1(b)(1) by making excessive in-kind contributions. 2. Find no reason to believe that Sara Gideon, Sara Gideon for Maine and Lisa Lunn in her official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.9 by knowingly accepting excessive in-kind contributions. 3. Find no reason to believe that Maeve Coyle violated 52 U.S.C. § 30116(f) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.9 by knowingly accepting excessive in-kind contributions. 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated April 2, 2021, and as last circulated by Commissioner Weintraub’s Office on March 7, 2022 at 2:24 p.m. 5. Close the file. 6. Approve the appropriate letters.
