a. Find no reason to believe that Facebook, Inc., violated 52 U.S.C. § 30118(a) and 11 C.F.R. § 114.2(b) by making prohibited in-kind corporate contributions.
b. Find no reason to believe that Facebook, Inc., violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(c)(1) and 11 C.F.R. § 114.10(b)(1) by failing to report independent expenditures.
c. Approve the appropriate letters.
d. Close the file.
