c. Take no action at this time with respect to the allegation that Indivisible Kentucky, Inc. violated 52 U.S.C. § 30120 by failing to include disclaimers on solicitations posted on its website.
d. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel’s Report dated May 2, 2018, as last circulated by Commissioner Weintraub’s Office at 4:29 p.m. on July 16, 2018, and subject to the edits circulated by the Offices of Commissioners’ Hunter and Petersen at 11:06 a.m. on July 17, 2018.
