a. Find reason to believe that the Americans for Sensible Solutions PAC and David Garrett in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30124(b)(1).
b. Find reason to believe that the Americans for Sensible Solutions PAC and David Garrett in his official capacity as treasurer violated 52 U.S.C. § 30104(a) and (b).
c. Authorize the use of compulsory process.
