PRE-GENERAL ELECTION REPORTING

Party committees and PACs (Nonconnected Committees and Separate Segregated Funds) must follow the above charts to determine whether they must file a report 12 days before the November 6 general election (Pre-General Election Report). All Party committees and PACs, regardless of their financial activity, must file a report 30 days after the general election (Post-General Election Report). For the pre-election reporting guidelines, see the January 2012 issue of the Record [PDF].

2 Required only if committee makes contributions or expenditures in connection with the general election during the reporting period.
